Why airports in India are not shut during Jan 2020 or in early Feb 2020 ? If it was done then we won’t have these kind of problems like lock down, gas leakage in Vishakapatnam? So many other disaster due to lock down. Improper planning of shut down leads to many problems. Central government and state governments are responsible for this.

Above my question raises more doubts on central government and airport authorities not taking this seriously finally virus entered into India. It is central govt responsibilty if they block international flights/ships/other in Jan 2020 nothing would have entered
