If security or Police dept was tight during later February 2020/early march 2020 how virus entered into Indian border and into TamilNadu border? whose mistake is this? Who allowed virus enter into TN border? Both govt and law & order? why government and police department were not strict in later jan 2020/early feb 2020/early march 2020?

why did they allow NRIs and foreigners to enter into india without proper checking and without proper treatment?

God knows govt/political leaders, law & order dept who allowed virus to enter into India & into TamilNadu border in late feb 2020/early march 2020. If they strict,we would h’ve prevented fully

Like Kumbhkaran some group slept in feb/early march 2020 which resulted covid19 virus to enter into india

Overall Law and order department, airport authorities, central and state government are responsible for allowing virus enter into India and it got spread over to entire India now only people are suffering. Central government ministers including Modi does not show up their head outside at the time of crisis after allowing virus enter into India due to their carelessness.
